Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, or them, in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the written permission of Packsaddle Ltd. In bypassing www.Packsaddle.co.uk and going directly to a product page you still conform to these terms and conditions by using any portion of this website.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or change of the Terms & Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms & Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms & Conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.

Accuracy of content

Packsaddle Ltd takes every care in the preparation and display of content of this website, in particular ensuring that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products are fairly described. Orders will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description or the price of products advertised on this website. Should there be an error in your order we will contact you immediately. All prices where applicable are displayed inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Packsaddle Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Orders

We do our best to ensure adequate supply and all items are as such subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are unavailable. Your order via this website constitutes an offer that will be accepted by Packsaddle Ltd upon despatch of goods ordered. Errors & omissions excepted.

Packsaddle Ltd works hard to process your order within 3 working days. Most orders are processed within 3 working days and, should your order take longer than this, we will notify you of any delays. For goods out of stock, up to 10 days may be added to the delivery time and, should this occur, we will notify you immediately. Promotional offers are presented as is and are designed to be used independently.

Payment

All payments are subject to availability. Payment through Packsaddle.co.uk can only be made online through PayPal which has a fraud protection policy so that you can shop in confidence that your purchase history or credit card number will shared with the seller. Payment is taken at time of purchase in order to ensure swift delivery of your order.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Solo card via PayPal. We are able to take orders over the phone. For orders despatched overseas, we are not responsible for the payment or cost of any import or custom charges you may face when ordering products via this website. These charges in some cases must be paid at the point of delivery.

Delivery

At Packsaddle we aim to be as efficient as possible when despatching your goods. Orders placed between 9am Monday and 11am on Friday will be processed within two working days. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next working day.

All Packsaddle products are shipped next-day delivery, however delivery times vary depending upon your order and the distance from our warehouse.

On occasion, some shipments will be lost, and Packsaddle Ltd will not consider lost claims until 14 days after the shipment date. We cannot specify a time of delivery in except certain circumstances nor are we liable for lost orders should you input the incorrect shipping address. Packsaddle Ltd is not liable for any delays in shipping nor are we responsible for any import duties incurred on international orders.

Cancellation Rights

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. When goods are delivered to a third party, you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

You will be refunded any amount you have been charged, subject to our returns policy, within 30 days of cancellation. However, in the event the goods have been delivered or despatched to you prior to cancellation, you must return the goods to us, and pay the shipping costs. Any goods returned must be received by us in the same condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. Should you feel the need to return, for whatever reason, we have a policy that will refund or replace your purchase:

• Non-warranty returns (excluding our error) will be exchanged or refunded provided the product is returned in the supplied condition, unused, in its original undamaged packaging, within 14 days of purchase.
• Postage charges on non-warranty returns will not be refunded and a 5% charge will be incurred to cover any transaction charges.
• Orders cancelled after a credit card transaction will incur a 5% charge to cover an charges levied against us by card issuing companies.

To process returns within the required time please notify us, via email or telephone, that you are returning goods. We required the completed returns form that is enclosed with your purchase and the original receipt.

Warranty

Packsaddle Ltd offers a limited warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase from us. This warranty is valid to the original customer and is non-transferrable. If a product is found to be defective in the first 12 months due to a manufacturing failure, Packsaddle Ltd will repair or replace, at our option, any defective part.  Packsaddle Ltd also extends 12 month warranties. • The original invoice/receipt number and date of purchase, your name, address and daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address and details of the defect or fault – send to info@packsaddle.co.uk
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from abuse, alteration or unauthorized repair. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Competition Terms

SMS Competition Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
2. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and any Specific Rules that may apply.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend any Competition, these Rules or any Specific Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within these Rules or the Specific Rules or on the relevant Promoter’s website. The Promoter may at any time, without notice, issue further terms and conditions to be read in conjunction with these Rules and any Specific Rules that may apply.
4. Entries only accepted via Text message. Each text costs 50p plus standard network rate.
5. Each entrant must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK to enter Competitions, with the exception of those related to employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this competition.
6. Proof of making a phone call, sending post or email is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries or claimants that are lost, delayed or damaged or otherwise affected by matters outside our control.
7. Where a Competition has a closing date and/or time, all entries must be received before such date and/or time. Late entries will not be taken into consideration in the selection of a winner.
8. By entering a Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Rules or any Specific Rules or any other terms and conditions that apply to any Competition. Furthermore, entrants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by the Promoter will be excluded from the relevant Competition.
10. The Promoter also reserves the right to reject entries, applications or claims and to alter, amend or foreclose a Competition without prior notice in its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Rules or any Specific Rules.
11. Collusion with other Competition entrants is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification.
12. Competition winners will be chosen at random unless otherwise specified.
13. The Promoter will endeavour to notify and have ready for collection prizes each Competition within 30 days of the closing date set for such Competition. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
14. All Competition prizes are subject to availability.
15. No Competition prize may not be transferred or assigned to any other person and no cash alternative or alternative prize is available. In the event of the advertised Competition prize being unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering, or being unable to enter, any Competition or as a result of accepting any Competition prize. Neither shall it be held responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in a Competition. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
17. Any personal data relating to Competition entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s consent.
18. The Promoter will keep a winning entrant’s personal details for a reasonable time so that it can send the entrant the winning prize, to verify that these Rules (and any Specific Rules, if applicable) have been complied with, and for accounting purposes.
19. Each Competition (including these Rules, any Specific Rules and all matters incidental thereto) shall be governed by English law and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
